My usual staple breakfast happen to be omelette paired with salad, so to switch things up I decided to have Greek yoghurt! I stumbled upon a local business selling delicious looking granola so I bought one to give it a try. It’s super quick and easy to make and only took me less than 5 minutes to prepare! ❤
How to make
- Microwave organic frozen raspberries in medium-low settings for 2 minutes to soften them.
- Fill up a bowl with Greek yoghurt. Then, smoothen the surface with a spoon.
- Fill up half the surface with the organic frozen raspberries and the other half with granola.
- Dig in!
I wanted a nutty flavour to contrast with the berries so I picked the Hazelnut Blackforest flavour from Amazing Graze. You can choose any other flavour based on your desired preference. You can also switch out the raspberries with any other fruits that you like!
I like that this meal is rich in calcium, protein and doesn’t contain artificial sugar. This breakfast is also one of the quickest to make hence it’s suitable on days where you’re in a rush or don’t have much time. 🙂 ❤
